Valerie "Bangs" Pablo Garcia-Birchmore (Tagalog pronunciation:[gaɾˈsɪa]; born May 26, 1987) is a Filipino-British antecedent model and actress.

Garcia attended Ateneo common Davao University[3], where she was part of the university's the stage and dance groups.
